Hull Churches Housing Association (HCHA) is currently looking to recruit Tenancy Sustainment Advisers,
based in Hull, with a salary of £22,037.61 pro rata

This role provides a fantastic opportunity to play a critical part in bringing together housing management and care and support services for tenants.

Our Tenancy Sustainment Team provides the opportunity for enthusiastic people like you to bring your knowledge, skills, and experience in either Housing Management or CQC registered Care and Support, offering tenants a holistic support package that helps them sustain their tenancy with us.

You will use your own initiative and play a pivotal role in the development of this new service. You will be involved in identifying and assisting tenants in accessing support. In addition you will raise awareness and facilitate events, activities, and services in our communities, all aimed at improving the health and wellbeing of our tenants.

Hull Churches Housing Association may be small in size, but we are big on ambition. We have few staff doing many things. This means you too will have to show a willingness to be involved in every aspect of the organisation and learn quickly.
