Hull Churches Housing Association currently owns over 400 homes to rent in Hull and the adjoining areas of the East Riding of Yorkshire. Our stock is diverse and includes family homes, homes for single people, and older people as well as some specialist, supported housing.
Our approach to housing management is based on the needs of the individual tenants and the areas and communities in which they live. We place high value on openness, accountability and learning from success and failures to ensure delivery of flexible, quality services.
If you are looking to own your own home we can also offer ‘shared ownership’ (buying a 50% share of a house, and paying rent for the remainder) in several locations in the East Riding, with more homes under development. Please ring 01482 210842 if you would like to know more.
How we are regulated
Hull Churches Housing Association is regulated by the Regulator of Social Housing who sets consumer and economic standards for social housing providers and can take action if these are breached.
Housing Related Support Services are regulated by Hull City Council.
As a member of the National Housing Federation (NHF), we have adopted its Code of Governance (2020) and Code of Conduct (2022). These codes guide us in how the Association is managed and how we behave.
